Academic Year 2025

Cadaveric curriculum and surgical calendar

Specialized post-graduate operative training focused on retroperitoneal corridors, pre-psoas exposure, and vascular mobilization for practicing spine specialists.

Core Programme

Two-day cadaver masterclass

Advanced Deformity Module

Anterior and Lateral Masterclass

Dedicated multi-level corpectomy, anterior column release, and sagittal balance correction sessions designed for experienced fellows.

Sixteen hours of guided wet-lab dissection. Each operative station is strictly restricted to two surgeons, guaranteeing comprehensive hands-on exposure to L1-S1 corridors, retroperitoneal anatomy, and neural monitoring protocols under direct faculty proctoring.

Revision Corridor Seminar

Intensive management of post-operative scarring, retroperitoneal adhesions, and anomalous vascular bifurcations.

Focused Modules

Subspecialty surgical tracks

Vascular Safety

Corridor vessel mobilization

Intensive anatomical training covering iliac vein dissection, segmental vessel ligation, and prompt hemorrhagic control. Surgeons practice lateral mobilization under realistic vascular perfusion models.

Operative Theater

Surgical scrub instrumentation

Collaborative technical training for specialized theater scrub nurses. Covers retractor stabilization, table ergonomics, illumination alignment, and rapid-response instrumentation sequences.
